Every submission is confirmed through the candidate's official campaign channel — typically a signed digital submission from a verified campaign email or direct confirmation from an authorized representative. The verification method is recorded on each profile.

Never. We publish responses exactly as submitted. We do not write, edit, summarize, interpret, or add commentary to any answer.

Why do some candidates say 'No Position'?

Candidates may decline to take a position on a question, or a question may fall outside the responsibilities of the office they seek. We display this as 'No Position' without judgment.

What happens if a candidate doesn't respond?

We send an initial questionnaire and at least one reminder. If a candidate does not respond, we note that transparently. We treat every candidate identically.
